How to use the horizontal conditioner?

WTZQ horizontal conditioner is a new type of conditioning equipment developed by our company on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced equipment structures. It is suitable for 50-2500 tons/day oil pressing plant, mainly used for softening, drying or steaming and frying of raw materials, improving the plasticity of raw materials, making the billet rolled by the rolling mill thin and not broken, thereby improving steaming, frying, pressing and leaching Effect.

Operation points of horizontal conditioning tower

1. Preparations before starting the machine

2. Add lubricating oil to the reduction motor to the scale, and replenish the lubricating grease in the drag roller bearing.

3. Clean up the feeding auger, the accumulated material and sundries in the softening drum.

4. Empty the accumulated water in the steam condenser.

5. Add lubricating grease to the ring gear and track of the softening roller.

Empty running

1. Run the machine empty for 8 hours, check the operation of the equipment and reducer.

2. Check the temperature of the bearing (the bearing temperature is ≤75°C), find any abnormalities and eliminate hidden troubles in time.

3. Pay attention to check whether the roller has deviation, derailment and front and rear displacement.

Normal Boot

1. Turn on the steam slowly and preheat the softening drum for half an hour before starting up and feeding.

2. Inform the subsequent process to turn on the equipment, then turn on the softening drum deceleration motor, and then turn on the feeding auger.

3. Afterwards, the feed can be started, and the direct and indirect steam will be turned on depending on the moisture level of the soybeans, and the soybeans will be tempered and softened, and the normal operation will be carried out.

Shutdown

1. Normal shutdown

1.1 First, empty the material inside the equipment, turn off the feeding motor, and soften the roller deceleration motor.

1.2 Close the steam inlet valve and open the steam condensate pipe bypass.

1.3 Open the rear inspection door, observe whether the material is empty, and stop the machine after confirming the empty.

2.Emergency shutdown

2.1 When the downstream equipment breaks down and needs to be shut down in an emergency, firstly stop the feeding, turn off the feeding auger and the drum deceleration motor.

2.2 Close the steam valve (including direct steam valve and indirect steam valve), and decide whether to open the steam condensate bypass valve depending on the length of time. If the machine stops for more than half an hour, the bypass must be opened to cool down as soon as possible.

Precautions

1. Keep the oil level in the reducer within the normal range, and lubricate the bearings on time.

2. Frequently observe the running current and whether the drum is running normally. Once the drum is found to move back and forth, stop feeding as soon as possible, stop the machine and adjust the drag stick to make it return to normal.

3. Pay attention to clean up the internal accumulated material and the material dust in the dead corner after stopping the machine to prevent the material dust from spontaneous combustion.
