WTZQ horizontal conditioner is a new type of conditioning equipment developed by our company on the basis of drawing lessons from foreign advanced equipment structures. Main Feature

1. The rotation of the drum drives the lifting plate to turn over the material, so that the material is always in a uniform and dynamic state, eliminating dead angles, avoiding the scorching of materials caused by dead angles in the layer steamer and wok, and steaming and softening the materials evenly and thoroughly.

2. Low energy consumption. For the steaming, frying and drying equipment with the same output, the WTZQ horizontal conditioner is only about 20% to 50% of the power of the vertical dryer, which greatly reduces the production cost.

3. The new horizontal conditioner avoids the abrasion of the scraper and the heating layer, so the service life of the equipment is long, the failure rate is low, and the maintenance cost is low.

4. The latest design is adopted to make the material control extremely convenient. According to the variety and nature of the material, the steaming, frying, drying or tempering time of the material in the cylinder can be adjusted at any time, which can well meet the process requirements.

5. The output is large, and it is easier to arrange in the workshop than other equipment with the same output, and the floor space is small. Equipment investment and subsequent maintenance costs are greatly reduced, especially the use of this equipment in large-tonnage oil processing plants is more meaningful.

6. Due to its unique structure and careful design, the conditioner is not only suitable for steaming and frying materials, but also suitable for drying and softening materials. The temperature control range is 60℃～120℃, and the water removal rate can reach 2%～ 5% (depending on the characteristics of raw materials), with high drying and softening effect.

7. After improvement, a sealing device is added to avoid material leakage and air leakage. Running deviation alarm device, oil bath lubrication device.

8. Non-condensable gas automatic discharge device.

9. The self-pressurized drainage device is adopted to quickly drain the condensed water.
