Nut oil

Nuts in a broad sense can be divided into oily nuts and starchy nuts. Most oily nuts can provide rich fat and belong to edible vegetable oils, such as peanuts and sunflower seeds. The nut oil mentioned in the food industry is the edible oil made from oily nuts, such as walnut oil, pine nut oil, peanut oil, almond oil and so on.

Grain oil

The oils and fats extracted from the by-products of the bran layer and germ of cereal seeds are called cereal oils, such as rice bran oil, corn oil, wheat germ oil and sesame oil.Grain oils are rich in unsaturated fatty acids and a variety of trace active ingredients, which help prevent chronic diseases.

The hot sale of grain oil and grain blended oil shows that the natural micronutrients contained in grains have been deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The key is that oil and fat companies should select raw materials, implement precise and appropriate processing, and retain high micronutrients on the premise of ensuring food safety.

Crude oil

Crude oil refers to the unrefined vegetable oil obtained by pressing, leaching or substituting water, also known as crude oil and crude oil. Generally, it cannot be eaten directly and must be refined before eating.

Virgin oil

Virgin oil is an oil product obtained from oil plants by mechanical pressing or heat only . During the oil pressing process, the characteristics of the oil are not changed, and it can be purified only by washing, settling, filtering and centrifuging . Virgin oil is suitable for consumption in its natural state.

In fact, whether virgin oil can be eaten directly depends on the degree of purification.

Virgin oil is not crude oil. Crude oil is generally not edible directly, and virgin oil is not always for direct consumption by consumers .

Special oils

Special oils are oils produced from special oils, generally referring to small varieties of oils other than bulk oils.
