The tubular stripper is mainly composed of preheater, steam injection tube, tower body and other parts. The preheater is a casing heat exchanger. The indirect steam is fed into the jacket to heat the mixed oil in the inner pipe, and the direct steam is ejected from the nozzle. The tower body is made of two seamless steel pipes, and the pipe ends are welded with flange. The outer pipes of the tower body are respectively provided with indirect steam inlet pipes and flashing steam outlet pipes.
Stripping is a physical process, which uses a gas medium to destroy the original vapor-liquid balance and establish a new vapor-liquid equilibrium state, so that a certain component in the solution can be resolved due to the reduction of partial pressure.
