The leaching oil factory integrates the water distribution tank and the solvent circulation tank to form a comprehensive container, that is, the comprehensive water distribution tank. It is divided into two parts with a partition, one part is used for water separation, and the other part is used as a temporary storage solvent. The comprehensive water distribution tank is one of the main equipment in the solvent recovery section of the leaching workshop. The equipment has a simple and compact structure and a small footprint; it has a long stratification time, stable and reliable operation; it does not consume power and has a good water separation effect.
The structure of the comprehensive water distribution tank is similar to that of the solvent turnover tank, and it is mainly composed of a head, a cylindrical shell, a liquid inlet pipe, a solvent outlet pipe, a drain pipe, a liquid level gauge, and a maintenance manhole. There is a partition inside, which divides the comprehensive water distribution tank into two parts, one part is used as a water separator, and the other part is used as a solvent circulation storehouse, and the solvent separated in the water separator directly enters the solvent circulation storehouse. This makes the structure more compact and reasonable. The integrated water separation tank separates the binary mixture by using the difference in specific gravity between the leaching solvent (light gasoline) and water. The separated solvent is returned to the extractor for recycling, and the separated water is heated and desolvated and then discharged to the sewer. The effect of water separation is good, and less solvent is taken away by the waste water, which not only has low melting consumption, but also is safe, which is conducive to improving the economic benefits of the enterprise.
The binary mixed liquid enters the water distribution area of the comprehensive water distribution tank (that is, the right side of the partition in the above figure) through the liquid collection tank, and undergoes sedimentation and stratification, that is, the upper layer of solvent and the lower layer of water. When the solvent bypasses the partition and enters the solvent circulation area (that is, the left side of the partition in the above figure), it is pumped to the extractor for recycling through the solvent pump; when the liquid level reaches a certain height, the waste water is discharged from the j port into the cooking tank for secondary The second precipitation, the waste water is discharged to the water-sealed pool through the cooking tank.
