The leaching method applies the principle of solid-liquid extraction, selects an organic solvent that can dissolve oil, and sprays and soaks the oil to extract the oil in the oil. The basic process of extracting oil by leaching method is to immerse the oil seed embryo, pre-pressed cake or puffed embryo in the selected solvent, so that the oil is dissolved in the solvent to form a mixed oil, and then the mixed oil is separated from the leached solid meal. Since the spraying of fresh solvent and mixed oil is in the opposite direction to the direction of the raw material, the concentration of mixed oil leaking into the mixed oil grid after leaching from the grid that has just been put into the raw material is the highest, and the mixed oil overflows to the second stage. The mixed oil grid, the mixed oil leaked from the grid corresponding to the second grid passes through the tent filter. The filtered thick mixed oil is drawn out from this compartment. Then, the grid receives the spray of mixed oil pumped from the next mixed oil grid, and the grid continues to rotate, and the embryos in the grid are subjected to spraying and leaching of the mixed oil pumped in again and again. once thin. Finally, it is sprayed and leached with fresh solvent, and the thinnest mixed oil is collected in the corresponding mixed oil grid. Meanwhile, the mixed oil pumped into the mixing auger is extracted from the II mixed oil grid. After being drained for a period of time, the material grid has been transferred to the meal falling place. At this time, the lower part of the turntable is a false bottom, and the copper roller slides along the downward track, and the false bottom is automatically opened to release the wet meal. The lower part of the grid is a fixed grid bottom, and the wet meal is scraped to the gap by the grid and falls. The wet meal dropped in the meal hopper is then taken over by the scraper conveyor at the next destination and sent to the steamer for processing. After the extracted thick mixed oil is filtered, it is put into the mixed oil tank for processing; after the wet meal is emptied, the copper roller on the false bottom rotates with the rotating grid, and gradually flattens along the upward track, and the false bottom is closed tightly, or Go through the gap at the bottom of the grid and go to the initial position of the fixed grid bottom.
