The ring extractor is a widely used continuous grease extraction equipment, which is improved on the basis of the original Type II ring extractor by Crown Company of the United States. It cancels the lower leaching section, avoids the heavy load of the leaching device, and reduces the failure rate. Main features of ring extractor

1. The ring structure with advanced technology, the material is turned over once during the operation, so that the mixed oil can fully soak the material and stay for a sufficient time to ensure that the oil in the embryo is fully dissolved and separated, so that the residual oil in the meal is reduced to lowest.

Working principle of ring extractor

The materials qualified for pretreatment are sent to the storage box of the extractor by the scraper conveyor. After the storage box reaches a certain material level, the material level gauge indicates that the extractor starts to run, and the material automatically enters the upper horizontal spray section of the extractor. First, it is sprayed with thicker mixed oil, then through the bending section and the lower spray section; it is sprayed with decreasing concentration of mixed oil in turn; before entering the draining section, it is sprayed with fresh solvent again, and the wet meal after draining from It is discharged from the bottom of the extractor; it is sent to the evaporator through the wet meal scraper. The mixed oil enters the evaporation system.
