The YZYX series screw oil press produced by our factory is composed of feed hopper, gear box, press cage, press screw shaft and frame parts. Its working principle is to use the raw material in the press chamber to be continuously propelled by the pressing screw and the space volume in the press chamber to change from large to small, so that it is subjected to a large extrusion force, so as to squeeze the oil out of the raw material.

About the pressing method: Practice has proved that in general, the oil yield and economic benefits of the "hot pressing method" are better than the "cold pressing method", so the "hot pressing method" should be used as much as possible. Using the "cold pressing method", the number of pressing times increases, the output decreases, the residual oil in the cake increases, the power consumption increases greatly, and the economic benefit decreases. Moreover, when the first press is pressed for the second time, it is easy to be empty in the bucket, which affects the process. The material operation is troublesome and the benefit is not good.

How to use a screw press

1. First, inject 20# engine oil or gear oil into the gearbox to the oil mark, and add lubricating oil to each lubricating part. The oil level of the gearbox without oil mark is not higher than the lower edge of the shaft hole of the driving wheel in the gearbox. 70, 86 type oil machine is 4-5 kg, 95, 10 type is about 10 kg.

2. Check whether the parts are fastened, whether the operating handle and the plugboard are flexible.

3. Move the large pulley by hand to check whether the machine is loose or stuck. If there is any abnormality, it should be eliminated in time.

4. Loosen the lock nut, screw the squeeze screw shaft to the dead point, then return 3-4 turns, and then advance half a turn to ensure the gap between the squeeze screw and the cake outlet.

5. Adjust the tightness of the belt. Prepare auxiliary equipment and production tools.

6. Start the motor and check whether the rotation direction of the large sheave is consistent with the marked direction. And dry run for 3-5 minutes.

7. After starting up, the feeding should be slow and uniform, and the feeding should not be too fast or too much or too little at the beginning, otherwise it may cause machine accidents such as clogging and jamming of the press chamber. At the beginning of feeding, the cake should be thicker. After the cake is delivered normally, the embryo can be poured into the hopper for normal pressing when the temperature of the machine reaches 80 degrees. Note: After starting up, the new machine should be run-in for a certain period of time with cakes containing a certain amount of water, and the raw materials will be used after feeding, squeezing out cakes, and normal temperature.

8. After the machine is running normally, observe the cake production. If the cake does not come out, you can withdraw the snail for 1-2 turns. If the cake still does not come out, stop the machine for inspection, and remember to put an end to reverse the machine. Move the big leather wheel by hand, reverse it a few times and then turn it on. Press after troubleshooting. During normal operation, the cake is 1-2mm thick, and it is tile-like, not sticky when pinched, wrinkled on the outside, and has no oil stains on the surface. And pay attention to the sound of the motor to judge whether the load, lubrication, temperature rise, etc. are normal.

9. Parking: Normal parking should squeeze out all the embryos, repeatedly retreat the screw for several times, finish the remaining material in the pressing chamber, put the cake to the thickest, and then stop the machine. If there is a power failure or sudden shutdown due to accidents , the power should be cut off first, the discharge baffle should be pulled out, and the large pulley should be reversed by manpower, so that the oil press can be reversed and withdrawn from the material embryo, and the press snail should be pulled out of the press chamber for cleaning immediately. If it cannot be pulled out, the upper press cage should be removed, then the compression nuts should be loosened, and the garden rows should be loosened and cleaned one by one with a screwdriver. Do not start driving without cleaning.

10. Safety production rules:

①When the machine is running, the belt transmission part should be equipped with a protective cover (prepared by the user) to ensure safe production.

②During the operation of the machine, it is forbidden to put hands or metal rods into the hopper or fiddle with the cake.

③Before driving or during the operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to screw the pressing shaft to the dead point, so as to cause the slag discharge head and the cake discharge ring to contact and wear each other.

④When the machine is running, the current shall not exceed 15 amperes.

11. Maintenance

① Refueling: The lubricating oil in the gear box of the new oil machine should be replaced when it is used for one month, and then it can be done every six months (usually refueling to check the oil mark or unscrew the cap for inspection). Other lubricating places should be checked frequently and replenished with lubricating oil.

②Inspection: Frequently check whether the parts are damaged, whether the fasteners are in good condition, whether the lubrication is in good condition, and deal with problems in time if found.

③Replacement: After the wearing parts are severely worn, they must be replaced. When replacing accessories, the specifications should be the same as those of the original model, and the normal arrangement and installation direction should be maintained, and attention should be paid to the combination of old and new. When replacing the pressing screw, if the parts cannot be disassembled due to the adhesion of oil residue, it can be properly baked with firewood, but the temperature should not be too high to prevent the workpiece from being deformed and annealed to affect the use. When disassembling the snail, if you beat it with hard metal, please pay attention to safety to avoid personal injury from debris.

④Storage: When the machine is shut down for a long time, the residue inside and outside the press chamber should be removed, the whole machine should be cleaned and rust-proofed, and it should be kept properly.
