Installation method
The clear oil tank is directly placed on the concrete, and the small sprocket of the reducer and the large sprocket of the clear oil tank are fixed in a straight line before adjustment and test run.
Debugging method
1. Clean up debris, check whether all parts are in good condition, check whether the cycloidal pinwheel reducer, and whether the pipe joints are in good condition.
2. Check the lubrication system, inject lubricating grease to ensure that the lubricating oil is sufficient, check the oil level in the cycloid reducer, and add No. 20 mechanical oil if it is insufficient.
3. Turn the motor wheel by hand to drive the scraper chain to run. Adjust the speed of the scraper chain tensioning mechanism to make the chain moderately tight. The scraper chain is on the light wheel. The height is in the middle of the chain length, and it is advisable to lift it by hand at a height of 50-80mm.
4. Check the wiring of the motor to make sure that its direction of rotation is the specified direction.
5. Adjust the position of the cycloid reducer to ensure the safe operation of the chain.
6. Start the test run, check the surrounding baffles, wiring boards, etc., and do not hinder the operation of the chain scraper.
7. Run without load, check whether the operation is balanced, whether the chain mesh is normal, whether there is any abnormal sound, if there is any abnormality, stop and check.
