The extractor is the key equipment for extracting oil by leaching. The leaching method applies the principle of solid-liquid extraction, selects an organic solvent that can dissolve oil, and sprays and soaks the oil to extract the oil in the oil. The basic process of extracting oil by leaching method is to immerse the oil seed embryo, pre-pressed cake or puffed embryo in the selected solvent, so that the oil is dissolved in the solvent to form a mixed oil, and then the mixed oil is separated from the leached solid meal. Evaporate and strip the mixed oil to vaporize the solvent and separate the oil, so as to obtain the extracted crude oil.
The leaching process of the towline extractor equipment is in the form of countercurrent, and the spray pipes distributed on the upper layer (according to the length of the extractor, the number and distribution of spray pipes are different), and the spray sequence gradually becomes thicker. Among them, two spray pipes are arranged at the point where the chain and the large driven sprocket are about to mesh, so as to wash away the residual materials in the scraper, chain and sprocket tooth grooves. At the same time, rinse and soak the materials that fall from the upper layer to the lower layer in time. The spray pipes distributed in the lower layer, including 2 fresh solvent spray pipes, the draining distance is 6000mm.
The material enters the upper leaching section of the extractor, and is raked by five sets of raking devices in stages. The oil bucket arranged under the grid plate naturally constitutes the concentration gradient of the mixed oil. When the material tumbles and falls to the lower layer, it is also subject to the same leaching conditions as the upper layer. Therefore, the entire leaching process and process performance of the equipment is ideal.
