1. Lift the decolorizing tower into the reserved hole on the floor, and insert the bolt holes of the upper lug support on the tower body into the reserved anchor bolts on the floor. Align the center verticality of the stirring shaft with a hammer line, and the upper and lower bearings of the stirring shaft must be on the same vertical line.
2. There should be no friction between the stirring blade and the tower body.
3. Before commissioning, clean up the sundries inside and outside the tower, check the bolt fastening and lubrication, and pay attention to the lubrication of transmission parts such as reducer and bearing.
4. Before feeding, it must run idling for 30 minutes according to the items of no-load operation, and check the operation again for any abnormal sound.
5. After the dry operation is normal, start feeding again.

2. If abnormalities are found during operation, the machine should be shut down for maintenance immediately, and it is not allowed to run with a disease.
3. Always pay attention to the operation of the transmission part, whether there is abnormal noise, whether the temperature rise of the reducer and motor is normal, and whether the lubrication is good.
4. In the event of an accident, the cause should be found out in time and the fault should be eliminated.
5. The equipment should be combined with the actual situation of the workshop (factory), and the necessary maintenance system should be established.
