Packed deacidification tower is a kind of oil deacidification equipment. It is generally used in combination with plate deodorization tower, or it can be used alone. It is especially suitable for refineries and processed oil products with complex sources, poor quality and deep color. Oil products, such as rice bran oil, tea seed oil, hogwash oil for industrial use, etc. So what should be paid attention to in the process of using the packed deacidification tower?
Precautions for installation and debugging:
1. The verticality tolerance of tower body installation is 1‰ tower body height, and does not exceed 30mm.
2. The inclination of vacuum pipes, oil inlet and outlet pipes, etc. is installed at 0.001 to prevent condensable substances from flowing back into the deodorization pot and affecting the deodorization efficiency.
3. Water pressure test and water tightness test must be done after installation.
4. After the completion of disassembly and maintenance, a hydraulic pressure test and a water tightness test must be carried out.
Operation precautions:
1. The separated gas oil enters the packing section after the oil temperature rises to about 250-260°C after oil-oil heat exchange and heat transfer oil heating. When the oil temperature of the deacidification and deodorization system rises to the specified value, turn on the direct steam for deacidification. The opening degree of the direct steam valve should be adjusted according to the specific situation.
2. The deacidified oil goes through the heat conduction oil heater to make the oil reach about 250°C and enters the top of the deodorization tower.
Precautions for care and maintenance:
1. There should be special personnel to inspect and record the working conditions of the heat transfer oil heating system, direct steam injection system pipes and valves, so as to prevent running, popping, dripping and leaking.
2. Open the vacuum system strictly according to the operating procedures, and empty the sewage before starting and after stopping.
3. Regularly check and clean the scale in the tank, especially the direct steam injection pipe, so as not to block the scale locally.
4. The equipment should be combined with the actual situation of the workshop (factory), and the necessary maintenance system should be established.
