Vacuum dryer is a special equipment for continuous dehydration of oil containing a small amount of water in vacuum state. The vacuum dryer is mainly composed of upper and lower heads, a cylindrical shell, a manhole, a sight glass, and outriggers. The cylinder has a built-in special nozzle and stainless steel plate hole corrugated packing. There is an oil outlet. Operating points

1. The operating temperature is generally 85 ℃ ~ 100 ℃, and the vacuum residual pressure is 4kPa ~ 7kPa (30mmHg ~ 50mmHg).

2. The dried oil should be cooled to below 70°C before entering the next process or storage.

3. When there is no oil in the vacuum dryer, close the oil inlet valve.

Care and Maintenance

1. There should be special personnel to inspect and record the working conditions of the vacuum system pipes and valves, so as to prevent running, popping, dripping and leaking.

2. Open the vacuum system strictly according to the operating procedures, and empty the sewage before starting and after stopping.

3. Regularly check and clean up the scale in the tank to prevent local blockage and scale.

4. In the event of an accident, the cause should be found out in time and the fault should be eliminated.

5. The equipment should be combined with the actual situation of the workshop (factory), and the necessary maintenance system should be established.
