For example, rice bran oil, camellia seed oil, peanut oil, peony seed oil, etc. contain some wax in the raw materials, which will be dissolved in the oil during pressing or leaching. In oil, wax is a polymer ester that combines monovalent fatty acids and monovalent alcohols. It has a high melting point, poor solubility, and is not easily absorbed. When the oil temperature decreases, it will crystallize and make the oil turbid, affecting the appearance of the product. Therefore, during production, the oil that has been refined and deodorized by the refining equipment needs to go through the dewaxing equipment to separate and remove the wax in the edible oil.

The edible oil dewaxing process is based on the melting point difference between wax and oil and the characteristic that the solubility of wax in oil becomes smaller as the temperature decreases. Crystal wax is precipitated through cooling, and then the wax and oil are separated through the filtration separation surface.

1. Refining and degumming process: The main purpose of the refining and degumming process is to remove phospholipids from rapeseed oil, so degumming is also called dephosphorization. The phosphorus content in rapeseed oil will affect its color, flavor, and thermal stability, affecting the quality of cooked dishes. 2. Refining and deacidification process: The main purpose of deacidification is to remove free fatty acids in rapeseed oil, the content of free fatty acids in edible oils and the maturity of the oil, storage time, preservation methods and processing methods of rapeseed oil, etc. factors related. Free fatty acids are the main substrate that causes hydrolysis and rancidity of rapeseed oil. 3. Refining and decolorization process: The color of the crude oil obtained by pressing or leaching is relatively dark and turbid. The pigments in rapeseed oil include natural pigments and processed pigments produced during subsequent processing, such as colored substances produced by the oxidation and isomerization of oils and lipids. The presence of these pigments will not only affect the appearance and performance of rapeseed oil, but also affect the stability of rapeseed oil. Therefore, it is necessary to remove color and reduce pigments.

4. Refining and deodorization process: Pure triglyceride fatty acid esters are colorless and odorless, but natural oils have their own special smell (also called odor). The smell is a product of oxidation, which is further oxidized to form peroxide compounds, which decompose into aldehydes, thus giving the oil its smell. Rapeseed oil itself has its own special smell, which not everyone likes. 5. Refining and dewaxing process: Dewaxing is a process in the refining process of some oil crops. The wax in vegetable oil comes from raw materials. These waxes cannot be absorbed by the human body, and at low temperatures, they will cause the edible oil to become turbid and solidified, affecting the appearance quality of the edible oil. Therefore, the main purpose of dewaxing is to The wax in the oil is crystallized at low temperature and grown, and then filtered to separate the oil and wax.

3. Crystal culture tank: After crystallization, crystal culture is carried out to provide conditions for the growth of wax fat crystal grains.

4. Filtration: The well-grown oil is first filtered through its own self-pressure. When the filtration speed is slow, the frequency conversion screw pump is started, and filtered when the speed is adjusted to a certain speed, thereby achieving the separation of oil and wax.
