The Oil conditioning tower is mainly composed of three parts: modulation body, wind network system, automatic display, and control system.
According to the difference in output and moisture content of raw materials, the quenching and tempering tower is composed of 9-13 layers, each layer is generally 1 m high, and the hot air layer is equally stratified in the quenching and tempering tower.
The main body of the tower is composed of a feed section, steam heating section, hot air drying section, and transmission discharging section.
Generally, a material equalizer is installed in the feeding section so that the material can enter the quenching tower evenly. A high-level gauge can also be installed to ensure an alarm at a high level, or interlock with the transmission mechanism of feeding and discharging, and automatically adjust the speed of feeding and discharging to ensure a certain amount of material.
The steam layer generally adopts stainless steel elliptical tubes with a large heat transfer area and good heat transfer, and the arrangement of the upper and lower layers of tubes is exactly 90 degrees each other.
The hot air layer adopts corner boxes used in popular mixed-flow soybean drying towers. The transmission and discharging section consists of 4-6 groups of transmission and discharging sprockets and rotary valves.
