Flat plate dryer is a kind of grain conveyor that can be used for both drying of seeds embryo and softening of oilseeds, it can replace the commonly used steam cooker and roller dryer with lower energy consumption to complete the drying, cooking work.
Plate dryer is used for steaming different materials of granule form, powder form, flake form and fiber form to reduce material mositure content to the required percentage so that the oilseeds can meet technical requirements, convenient for solvent extraction.
The flat plate dryer is a new heat exchange for drying, steaming and frying oilseeds, grain, and feed processing. It consists of machine frame, feeding hopper, heating device, a transmission agent and other components.
