Coconut Oil Production Line

Coconut oil production line mainly includes coconut oil pretreatment and oil pressing process, refining process. The pressed coconut cake can be used as animal feed. The moisture content of dried coconut for pressing should be controlled at 7%-10%. We can offer 30-1000 TPD coconut oil processors and 1-600 TPD coconut oil refiners. To increase the oil yield for greater profit, we also offer crude coconut solvent extraction units, which can reduce the residual oil in the cake to less than 0.8%.

COCONUT OIL PRETREATMENT & PRESSING LINE PROCESS

    Copra Cleaning

    The coconut oil production line adopts a magnetic separator to absorb the metal impurities in the copra so that to avoid damaging the crusher.

  • Copra Crushing Machine
    STEP2

    Copra Crushing

    The coconut is crushed into small pieces by a crusher for easy cooking and oil extraction. The size of the pieces crushed by the toothed roller crusher is uniform.

  • Copra Cooking Equipment

    Cooking

    The crushed coconut is sent to a steamer, which cooks the coconut pieces to meet the requirements of pre-pressing. The steamer uses stirring blades to cook evenly.

  • Copra Pre-pressing Equipment
    STEP4

    Pre-pressing

    Since the oil content of coconut oil is as high as 52-72%, secondary pressing technology is used to extract coconut oil as much as possible. The oil yield of this coconut oil processor can reach 70%, and the residual oil rate in the cake is about 15-20%.

  • Coconut Second Press Equipment
    STEP5

    Second Press

    The pre-pressed cake is sent to the oil press to press again so that the residual oil in the cake is minimized. The coconut oil press has high production efficiency and convenient operation and maintenance. After two presses, the residual oil rate in the cake is about 5-8%.

  • Crude Copra Oil Filtration Equipment

    Crude Copra Oil Filtration

    The pre-pressed and second-pressed copra oil is filtered to lower the impurity content, making a better preparation for the copra oil refinery.
