Togo 100-ton soybean oil pressing project, which uses organic soybeans as raw materials and mainly produces organic soybean oil and soybean cake. The process adopts extrusion oil pressing technology to ensure the organic quality and high oil yield of the product. The process includes the following steps: First, clean the organic soybeans, remove dust, stones and other impurities through vibrating screens, stone removers and magnetic separators to ensure that the raw materials are clean and protect the safe operation of subsequent equipment; crush the cleaned soybeans through a crusher to reduce their particle size for subsequent processing; the crushed soybeans are subjected to high-temperature extrusion treatment through an extruder to increase the oil yield, reduce the anti-nutritional factors in the cake, and improve its digestibility and nutritional value as feed. Subsequently, the expanded soybeans are mechanically pressed by a screw oil press, and the crude oil is filtered by a blade filter to remove solid impurities and obtain pure crude oil; finally, the soybean cake produced after pressing is processed into soybean meal particles by a crusher and packaged by an automatic packaging machine to make high-protein organic soybean meal for animal feed.
