In the last few days,— Mr. Xia Jun, Vice Chairman of the Anyang Municipal People's Congress Standing Committee and Chairman of the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to Henan Huatai to inspect the company's trade union workshop break rooms.
He was accompanied by county trade union leaders and Mr. Zhang Guofu, Chairman of the Henan Huatai Trade Union.
On-site inspection
The delegation visited the break rooms located right beside the production workshops, reviewing layout, facilities, daily management and actual use.
Following the principle of "convenient location, tailored to the enterprise," Henan Huatai set up rest areas on the workshop front line — practically solving workers' rest difficulties.
Recognition
Mr. Xia Jun praised the results, noting break rooms are an important way for trade unions to serve frontline workers and raise their sense of gain and happiness. He encouraged Huatai to keep improving facilities and management, making them a "warm harbour" workers want to visit often.
Mr. Zhang Guofu said the union will keep upgrading the break rooms, adjusting supplies by season and production rhythm, and listening to workers' feedback — so care reaches every frontline employee.
