Produced from low-temperature desolventized soy meal, this product leverages the significant changes in soy protein solubility at different pH levels. Huatai’s soy isolate protein is manufactured using a continuous acid-base process, ensuring stable quality and high yield (up to 45%). It also features the capability to extract various functional components.

Using a fully continuous ethanol washing process, Huatai’s production lines can achieve an annual output of up to 100,000 tons per line, with no wastewater discharge.

Functional Soy Concentrate Protein Process:
