This state-of-the-art facility adopts an industry-leading eight-story three-dimensional design, combining intelligent start-up systems with green storage silos to maximize space efficiency and operational sustainability.
Intelligent Process Flow
- The production line begins with a scientific wheat blending process, followed by intensive cleaning and tempering to prepare the grain for milling. The cleaned wheat then enters the core milling section, equipped with four roller mills for layer-by-layer grinding.
- The milling system integrates high-square plansifters and multi-stage grading, with a circular screening system that accurately separates wheat flour, bran, and germ. Purifiers conduct intensive purification on wheat middlings, sending high-quality middlings to the milling system for fine flour production.
- Separated bran is delivered to the bran grinding system for secondary grinding, with vibrating bran beaters and bran brushing machines for deep flour extraction. Red dog flour is recovered to raise the overall flour extraction rate.
